About returns
Conditions for accepting returns:
1、Please contact the customer service staff of our website and indicate the items you want to return and the reason. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
2、After receiving our return instructions, please pack the returned items in their original packaging.
3、Choose your own logistics company and mail the package at your own expense.
Can I still return an item if it is worn, damaged, or has tags removed?
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: onesies, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, lingerie, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).
Items marked non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
Please note:
Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Please be sure to inspect your return carefully before shipping. We do not accept any products not sold by us.
If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
How do I get a refund?
We will process your request within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be credited back to your account at your request.
NOTE: Original shipping and shipping charges are guaranteed non-refundable.
